The legal saga of the popular online sportsbook, BetonSports (BoS), which faced charges of racketeering, conspiracy and the arrest of its two co-founders Gary Kaplan and David Carruthers, has been captured in a new online e-book entitled 'The Rise and Fall of Bet on Sports'.
The book is written by an author under the pseudonym of 'Hacksaw Hemingway' and is said to give an inside look at the online gaming industry with specific focus about BetOnSports.com through the eyes of a former executive consultant who shares details about sex, drugs, gambling, illicit activities, and good laughs, according to the book's digital publisher Lulu.com.
Carruthers is currently under house arrest in St Louis awaiting trial with 11 others including BoS co-founder Gary Kaplan. The defendants will face a number of charges related of illegal gambling following investigations by the US Department of Justice. |
