Althought iam not a betting guru (i dont think there is one
anyway) i want to share with you my betting filosophy that has
given me a lot of winnings considering the money i had
invested.First of all i started betting in order to have a
steady income month in month out.To do that i was going to make
sure that i win at least 8 out of 10 times i played.So my first
rule was to bet only on the favorites and to be more specific on
the hot favorites.I know now you are thinking that the odds on
those are not so inviting but bear with me.My second thought was
that i needed to be well educated to at least three or four
sports and have basic knowledge for another four.The reason is
simple:Ιf you accumulate three or four hot favorites you
can get a descent odd without risking too much.So my goal was to
have always winning bets.The amount of winnings per bet was not
my concern(In the beggining).Anyway you can understand that
knowledge in different sports always provides those hot
favorites for you to accumulate. Another basic rule is that not
all sports have created equal.I live in europe so soccer is the
sport that attracts the most attention and for a good reason i
might add.But for my betting purposes is not so reliable if you
expect the favorites to prevail.On the contrary
basketball(european) and volleyball are always a goldmine(minus
the playoffs).Tennis is good resource but there are many
parameters that require attention:-surface-because every player
usually has only one or two favorites , -tournament importance-
Players in tennis have a tedency not to try their best if the
match doesnt go their way from the beggining in order to jump
right away to another tournament when they lose.So major
tournaments are always a good betting chance.Some of you will
say that to get to know those things in tennis for example
requires a lot of research and time.i wont argue with you but
think of the benefits as well.You dont even have to be a tennis
fan to know that right now tennis for example is dominated by
the amazing Roger Federer who destroys competition 99% of the
time.So when placing your bets Roger is a nice guy to have
around. My next rule is the 1.20 rule:Τhat means that a
single event that has bigger odds than 1.20 is not even an
option for me. I usually prefer 1.10 odds or lower.Very low i
hear you say but accumulating the right events gives you a good
odd. As far as soccer is concerned i always play double chances
for the games i choose.The first chance is always the draw and
the other for the favorite.For example if Chelsea plays Aston
Villa at home 1x is my pick. if Chelsea plays Liverpool this
game is not for me. Now let just say that you have some basic
Knowledge in sports and you want to start wagering how much are
you willing to deposit? As a rule of thumb no less than 50 euros
and no more than 100.Bet only the extra money you have or dont
bet at all.When i started i deposited 80 euros and i set a goal
to double the amount in a month. I actually doubled it twice and
when it was time for my first withdrawal i withdrew those 80
euros i deposited and i said to myself that from this moment on
whatever you win or lose is not you money.I think that is a
great feeling to have.But as my goal was to reach a steady
income i made a promise not to withdraw for the next 3 months. I
was betting steadily halph of my earnings and my betting was
consistent almost a wager every day.after three months i had
reached 2000 euros.So the stakes in bets often went as high as
400 or 500 for the possibility to win for example 50.You may say
that is stupid but if you win almost all the time(two or three
losses) is money in the bank.By the end of the fourth month i
withdrew 1300 euros and still had the 2000.Thats my method:
Το reach a respectable amount of money that are all
winnings and to bet with small odds relative big amounts of cash
that 90 percent of the time wont lose.And if you lose some of
them in the process remember:it was never yours.your 80 are in
your pocket along with an additional amount of cash. Good Luck
